Our annual Christmas Performance was held on Wednesday 11th Dec at Trinity Hall. The night was a huge success for all involved. We had 2 performances from our Junior and Senior Rooms. The junior room done a brilliant performance of ‘‘The Donkey’s Christmas’’ and our senior room performed a very funny version of C-H-R—I-S-T-M-A-S spells Christmas.
Each and every one of our pupils should be extremely proud of themselves for working so hard and for getting up and delivering a brilliant show on the night.
We also had some festive songs from the amazing Brittas Bay Choir who sang some beautiful Christmas carols on the night. Thank you to Orla and all the members of the Brittas Bay Choir for giving up their time. It added a very special touch to the night.
Thank you to all the parents/ family members and locals who braved the cold on the night and came out to watch the performances.
Thank you to all the local businesses and people who donated and gave prizes to the raffle
Thank you to the parents who donated prizes and who made/gave refreshments for the night
And lastly a huge thank you to the parent reps who organised and decorated the hall, made hampers from prizes, served and made refreshments and who sold raffle tickets and organised the raffle and prizes on the night, we really appreciate all you do for the school!
A massive total of €780.00 was raised on the night between the raffle/refreshments and our recycled houses/hedgehogs made by the pupils so a big thank you to everyone.
Finally, The Teachers, Staff and Board of Management at Scoil San Eoin would like to wish the pupil’s and families a very Happy and safe Christmas and a Peaceful New Year.
